Excellent service I had a wonderful stay,at ibis hosur road, I would like to mention the excellent service by Pallabi and Lamu team from the reception. House keeping also good , well equipped fitness centre hotels staffs were very professional and assisted me all possible way , the rooms was extremely comfortable and clean and food was very good I enjoyed

Reception team is good like to see there smile every time i come and there good welcoming gesture pallabi was good speaking food is nice never get to have breakfast may be next time will plan we have heard a lot about the breakfast of ibis that its good in short its a good hotel with nice food and clean rooms well maintained

Staff was really helpful ,especially Ram from front office assisted us well, provided us smooth checkout and gave prompt response for my requests .Room was well maintained by Housekeeping staff. Food was delicious and restaurant staff were very friendly.

Staff is very nice and kind. Everyone is very supporting specially from front office Lamu and Rohit .The food was great.The housekeeping staff did a great job in keeping the rooms spotless and well-stocked with essentials.

Ram and Lamu front front office assisted us well. Provided us smooth checkout and response was prompt. Housekeeping maintained the room well.Food from restaurant was delicious, Will surely come back again.
